• Subscription Data: Payment information is processed securely by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not store payment card details.
• Usage Data: App usage statistics, session length, device type, and interactions (for improving the app).
• Notifications: If enabled, we may send you reminders, motivational quotes, or session updates via push notifications.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data to:

• Provide and personalize your Zenpath experience.
• Manage subscriptions and trials.
• Send reminders, updates, and wellness notifications.
• Improve app performance and develop new features.
• Ensure security and prevent fraudulent use.

3. Data Storage & Security

• All audio content and user data are stored securely using AWS (Amazon Web Services) and Google Cloud.
• Login and authentication are handled by Firebase.
• We apply reasonable security measures to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure.

We do not sell or rent your personal data.
We may share limited data with trusted third parties only for:

• Payments: Apple App Store, Google Play Store.
• Analytics & Performance: Firebase, Google Cloud.

• You may disable push notifications at any time in your device settings or have the notifications option in the settings inside the App.
• You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us at thezenpath@icloud.com or have a delete option in the settings inside the App.

6. Children’s Privacy

Zenpath is designed for users aged 12 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 12.

7. International Users

As Zenpath is based in Sri Lanka, your information may be transferred and processed internationally, including in the United States (AWS servers).
